The merchandise for the upcoming live-action Lilo & Stitch movie includes a cute popcorn bucket vessel. The movie comes out in the U.S. on May 23, 2025, and several cinema theater chains have already put out social media posts announcing the collectibles.
AMC, Regal and Cinemark reveal Lilo & Stitch’s popcorn buckets and merch
The Lilo & Stitch movie merchandise has been unveiled as fans count down the days until the movie’s release. AMC Theatres took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce that their “exclusive” figural Stitch popcorn buckets and sippers will be available at their cinema halls from May 22.
“Collect our exclusive figural Stitch [popcorn bucket] and sipper, or pick up a combo with tin, cup, mystery topper and a headband when you see #LiloAndStitch: On sale at #AMCTheatres, 5/22, while supplies last,” the post reads.
Regal Cinemas also announced on the platform that moviegoers can purchase the Lilo & Stitch collectibles from their halls. “Say aloha to the #LiloAndStitch merch,” the post states. “Introducing the Stitch Collectible Bucket, the Surfin’ Combo Cup with dome lid and Stitch ears, and the Mayhem Container. Coming soon to select Regal locations,” it further read.
Meanwhile, Cinemark Theatres listed the pricing of various merchandise items in their post.
- A 130-oz popcorn tin (filled) with a bag clip will cost the moviegoers $16.50.
- An 85-oz popcorn tub (filled with XL popcorn) with plush costs $29.95.
- The price of a hooded blanket is $24.95.
- The price of a 20-oz dome lid cup (filled) is $18.
- The price of a 16-oz souvenir cup (filled) is $16.50.
- The cost of a Stitch headband is $7.95
- The cost of a 32-oz Stitch cup (with medium drink or ICEE* on the side) is $21.50.
As for Marcus Theaters, they announced that the ticket for the Lilo & Stitch movie will also include a blind bag keychain, a junior popcorn bucket, and more.
The Lilo & Stitch movie is directed by Dean Fleischer Camp. The cast includes Maia Kealoha as Lilo, Billy Magnussen, and Zach Galifianakis. Stitch creator and voice actor Chris Sanders lends his voice to the character in the movie as well.
